superb service, great dining

narendra, the travel concierge, helped me plan my itinerary prior to arrival. he arranged transportation from delhi and onward to my next destination. my driver, rahul, took me to a couple of shops and helped me get the local price. anise is a great outdoor dining spot for indian food and offered a great ambience.
the rooms are close to each other. i could clearly hear what was happening next door. better sound isolation is needed for enhanced privacy.

i found the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. the chefs were attentive and accommodating to requests. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and indian breads. the room had a spacious layout with comfortable seating.
the gym equipment felt slightly dated.

My stay had a few bumps. the air conditioning struggled a lot. It barely kept the room cool. i noticed a persistent musty smell. this hotel needs a serious a/c upgrade and maybe some dehumidifiers.

The hotel had a great pool and a fun zone. Narendra arranged our travel plans fantastically. The beds were really comfortable! I found the staff helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed a very good evening buffet in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was friendly, and they were indeed helpful. The hotel provides a great outdoor pool area. The large rooms were lovely. I liked the space. The room included a roll top bath which i appreciated.
I noticed that a few areas could use a little tlc, as they seemed slightly dated.

Breakfast includes alloo Parathas, and the masala chai is delicious. The breakfast service offered a variety of choices. The restaurant provides an evening buffet with many options. The staff is always ready to help.

The hotel offers onsite parking. Staff during breakfast were nice and helpful. I was able to join two rooms because I booked them together. I found a good food range at breakfast.
The hotel is in a busy area. I visited in November, and there were many weddings and events happening around the hotel. It was not the most quiet place to rest. Our room wasn't well maintained. I noticed broken hinges and dirt marks on walls.
