the hotel location was excellent, and it offered convenient access to destinations. the staff were kind, which i appreciate. i was upgraded to a club suite, and it offered a great city view. this upgrade.

I really liked the direct access to the mall from the third floor. This was especially helpful since i traveled with children! The mall had many dining options, a GREAT bonus for shopping. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff granted me a late check-out until 5pm, which i APPRECIATED because my flight was at 11pm. Breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was quite loud. It made it a little hard to sleep! i also noticed there were no plugs close to the mirror. This made doing makeup or fixing my hair difficult

the rooms were spacious so that was acceptable.

the breakfast was a real letdown, it was very disappointing. the variety wasn't there and the ingredients was average at best, and the taste was not good. it left a lot to be desired.
