limited selection slow refilling

The breakfast was disappointing. The selection seemed limited (i expected more variety). I also found that refilling the buffet items was slow. I waited longer than i wanted for some things to be replenished, and the coffee was not great (it tasted very bitter).

the hotel is conveniently linked to a large mall offering many options for shopping and dining. my room offered a great view of the city skyline especially at night. the staff provided fast check in and check out services making my arrival and departure smooth.

the ladies spa area lacked hot water in the showers and soap dispensers were empty which i found inconvenient .

convenient access polite staff great view elevator wait insufficient seating breakfast mess

the hotel location was excellent, and it offered convenient access to destinations. the staff were kind, which i appreciate. i was upgraded to a club suite, and it offered a great city view. this upgrade.

the elevators seemed to take a long time. waiting for the elevators was an issue. there was not enough seating for breakfast. i had to wait for a while to be seated and things looked messy.

Convenient Location and Great Breakfast!

I really liked the direct access to the mall from the third floor. This was especially helpful since i traveled with children! The mall had many dining options, a GREAT bonus for shopping. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff granted me a late check-out until 5pm, which i APPRECIATED because my flight was at 11pm. Breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was quite loud. It made it a little hard to sleep! i also noticed there were no plugs close to the mirror. This made doing makeup or fixing my hair difficult

poor taste average ingredients

the rooms were spacious so that was acceptable.

the breakfast was a real letdown, it was very disappointing. the variety wasn't there and the ingredients looked average at best, and the taste was not good. it left a lot to be desired.
