the room was very spacious and clean i liked the big shower. i also appreciated the gym it had enough equipment for a good workout. the location was convenient for getting around.

the breakfast could have been better the variety seemed limited. the coffee service was slow it took a long time to get a cup. the pool area felt a bit windy there was not much sun.

i got a room upgrade to a suite because the rooms i requested weren't available. the pool area is great, awesome for total relaxation after a tiring work day. the restaurants in the hotel are wonderful for entertaining guests, they provide a great atmosphere.

the waiting time in the reception during check in can be quite long, employees seem slow and sometimes it's necessary to wait.

the hotel stands close to several important business centers, and many restaurants. Getting around town is easy because many taxis are ALWAYS available near the front entrance, SO transport is never a problem.

The breakfast on the 35th FLOOR offered magnificent city views. This. There's a thai restaurant named benjarong that has superb service, and tasty food, a true culinary highlight.
