Jasper's check-in service was cute and professional. The rooms were clean. This is a big plus for me. I found the food to be AMAZING!!! Zizel's checkout process was equally smooth and pleasant.
The air conditioning became slightly warm during the night. I found this mildly distracting.

the gym was very well-equipped, i found it clean and super clean! priti at the desk always greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me! the staff were attentive around the hotel. carlos daou (food and beverage manager) asked if everything was okay, this was very professional.
one improvement could be extra seating outside the restaurant for hotel residents. i noted there is a large screen to watch sport on but all seats belonged to the restaurants! it would make viewing much more comfortable.

The gym was well-equipped, i saw treadmills and stationary bikes. Priti at the desk welcomed us with a smile! the restaurant had different food options each day, the saturday brunch was great though.
My room was not ready at check-in. I had to wait a bit for the keys! the first suite assigned to me was smaller than advertised, the view faced a highway bridge. That was a bummer.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. i found this useful for my workouts and relaxation.
the room did not have enough shaded spots in the parking area during the day.

Sunday Ale at the pool bar was great. He provided drinks with positive energy and a friendly vibe. He. He is friendly and fun with a right amount of banter. The housekeeping staff found my work badge and delivered it to my room.

i found the gym area very nice it was hygienic and calm and very organized. you could enjoy the sauna after a heavy workout session. the staff were very kind especially priti. i will return to this hotel in the future
