motivated team energetic team
the staff was helpful across reception. they were also helpful in the restaurant and housekeeping departments. ms nganga, queenie, rose, samrat, and usha in the restaurants and at reception. this was an motivated and energetic team.
i found the club facilities on my visit very disappointing.

I found the breakfast to be delicious with a good variety. The receptionist, Angel, was very helpful and upgraded my room. I connected my laptop to the TV easily following their quick assistance.

The location is very good. Everything is close to the hotel. the staff is always excellent. eli greeted me with a big smile. i appreciate that the team is helpful and greeted us well. i will stay again. the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and has easy access to the city.
the breakfast buffet could have had more options, especially for vegetarians. we still managed but it was limiting.

convenient location with roomy spaces
handy location roomy space great breakfast
the location was good for getting around, i think. my room was very spacious, it had two rooms, a small kitchen, and a dining area. everyday, they gave us more water bottles and a great breakfast and always were kind.
the rooms felt a little old. some lights did not work. it felt dark in some spots. the food seemed like it was the same buffet every day, so the food wasn't the best.

the gym has many options. it features treadmills and weights. you have a view of the skyline when you work out. restaurants, bars, and lounges have an excellent design.

rooms come with a television. you are able to connect your laptop to it if needed. the rooms was clean and tidy daily. air conditioning maintained comfortable temperatures.

good varieties helpful staff shuttle bus
The breakfast offered many good varieties. The staff were helpful and attentive. taxis were always available around the hotel! a shuttle bus took me to different places. This was quite helpful. the location proved convenient, especially with the metro nearby.
the room needed soundproofing as i heard corridor noise.
