convenient location quality restaurants easy rebooking lukewarm water missing bathtub loud music
the location suited my needs so sweetly, with the metro near. restaurants served food anytime, so that was great. i really loved my stay and i even rebooked for another week, i was so happy.
My shower only had lukewarm water, never hot. there was no bathtub in my room, i missed this. the worst was loud music from events until 3am. The noise made sleep impossible.

easy transportation efficient staff early check-in clean room
the location was good with taxis easily accessible. room service was efficient. staff checked me in early after i explained my situation. coffee was good. the room was clean. the television had good channels..
The hot water in the shower was not very hot. there was only a shower. I saw no bath.

somewhat underwhelming stay
loud music sleep deprivation
the staff seemed helpful and polite during check-in.
I had issues with noise at night. Music thumped until 3 a.m. this is unacceptable, especially when traveling with children. sleep deprivation is not a great vacation souvenir. the hotel really should address noise issues that disrupt guests' rest.

swift check-in helpful concierge clean room dated carpet limited selection odd price
i found the check-in process swift and efficient. the concierge service was very helpful for local directions. i had a very clean room. it was spacious and quiet exactly as i requested.
The room carpet seemed quite dated and worn. the breakfast buffet was disappointing. i expected a wider selection. the hotel seemed to have issues regarding shisha services. It was oddly priced.

Underwhelming Stay with Notable Issues
smoke smell allergy-inducing carpet
The valet parking was convenient and a definite plus.
I had a seriously frustrating experience. The room reeked of smoke, and my allergies went wild because of the carpet. I checked out just hours after arriving because it was so bad. They wouldn't refund me even though I left almost immediately.

metro proximity restaurant quality convenient amenities
This location worked well for my business meetings. The proximity to the metro simplified travel across the city. I found the onsite restaurants offered good food, providing convenient options at all hours. I also rebooked the hotel for another week because of its amenities.
I could hear some noise from nearby mechanical rooms .
