fantastic stay, great location

convenient locationthoughtful touch

I found the location very convenient. It was close to the marina and mall services. the cleaning staff were excellent, especially the team of bilal, manik, anish and bawan. i appreciated the welcome chocolates, dates, soap powder, water, and coffee. It was a thoughtful touch.

The reception staff offered attentive service, particularly fardeen, who was always available. the cleaning staff including bilal, manik, anish, and bawan provided excellent service and daily room cleaning. i especially liked the creative towel art the cleaning team arranged on our beds daily. It was much appreciated.

The location very good. Rooms are big. I appreciated help from the staff, Aziz and Mrs Blanche very good too. I did recommended hotel highly. I was grateful for the kind attention.

The room was noisy. Sound insulation not proper. These are the issues I have.

The staff were nice. They were very friendly and cute making check-in and check-out easy.

The room was not up to standards. The hotel had no proper sound insulation. This is the first time that the window did not close properly, allowing outside noise to enter the room. When I contacted management, I was told that this is what you should expect in the area. Basic sound insulation should be standard.
