fantastic stay, great location
convenient location thoughtful touch
I found the location very convenient. It was close to the marina and mall services. the cleaning staff were excellent, especially the team of bilal, manik, anish and bawan. i appreciated the welcome chocolates, dates, soap powder, water, and coffee. It was a thoughtful touch.

The reception staff offered attentive service, particularly fardeen, who was always available. the cleaning staff including bilal, manik, anish, and bawan provided excellent service and daily room cleaning. i especially liked the creative towel art the cleaning team arranged on our beds daily. It was much appreciated.

nice location thoughtful surprises helpful housekeeping
the location IS NICE. i walked to the metro line. the housekeeping team prepared little surprises every day. mehidi, bawan, anish, manik, and asif deserve recognition. special thanks for their thoughtfulness.

the hotel boasts A Great gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw a well kept outdoor pool with twenty loungers and a shaded area. the business center offers three computers and a printer for guest use.

the hotel IS NEAR the marina mall. it is a four-minute walk to the dubai marina. the metro station IS also accessible, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the hotel.

the breakfast buffet INCLUDED a wide range of options. i saw fruits, salads, and yummy desserts. there were also dishes from russia and lebanon AVAILABLE each morning in abundance.

helpful staff excellent service good location noise issue sound insulation
the location is nice the hotel is clean. ala uddin was helpful at all times. cleaning team fayaz, shameer and amesh always did a perfect job. i thank them for keeping the room in good condition. i found their service excellent.
the room was noisy. the hotel had no proper sound insulation. i expected more from a high-end hotel. i can confirm that noise made sleeping difficult.

Acceptable stay, but improvements are needed.
no sound insulation outside noise
The staff were nice. They were very friendly and cute making check-in and check-out easy.
The room was not up to standards. The hotel had no proper sound insulation. This is the first time that the window did not close properly, allowing outside noise to enter the room. When I contacted management, I was told that this is what you should expect in the area. Basic sound insulation should be standard.
