Fantastic Hotel Experience!
helpful staff clear direction convenient service prompt arrangement
The staff at the front desk were helpful. They gave clear directions to my room in the adjacent building. They also arranged taxis promptly since I do not use a mobile phone. A male intern carried my luggage to and from the museum building. I found this service convenient.
The door frame in my room did not quite fit, which allowed some light to filter in at the bottom. I resolved this minor issue by covering the gap myself.

The room was adequately spacious, with both a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle. A refrigerator was available. This was particularly useful for storing beverages and snacks. The inclusion of face towels was a notable amenity.

The location provides easy access to main transportation routes and various squares. These squares offer several dining options within a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the diverse buffet.

noise disturbance garbage truck
The staff provided helpful service.
My room overlooked Schoolstraat, and noise was a major issue. Bikes and luggage trolleys passed at all hours. Garbage trucks made sleep impossible during the mornings.

Wonderful location and friendly service
clean room spacious hotel
My room was clean and also spacious based on standards. I appreciate that the hotel clearly reflects the spirit of the city. I really liked my stay here, and i can recommend this accommodation.
The safe in my room was locked upon arrival, and there were no instructions available, I had to wait a couple of hours for assistance. Full length mirror and brighter lighting are features I would have liked.

Breakfast included fresh orange juice, local cheeses, and pancakes served in a cozy room. This created a cheerful, positive start to the day because of the variety and quality of the food items offered.

The hotel enjoys a superb location right in the city center, the proximity to key attractions and transport hubs is so convenient. Covered parking is nearby, providing easy access when you arrive by car and want a safe space.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Linda and Julia in the breakfast room really stood out because they gave us prompt, cheerful service. The staff immediately changed our room to suit an elderly guest.

amazing location, awesome breakfast
perfect location dutch pancakes
the location is seriously perfect. i found the breakfast to be a huge highlight, especially the fresh orange juice and yummy dutch pancakes. the breakfast room is seriously cute, too.. a really great experience.

small room terrible design
the front office clerks were nice and friendly to me.
the room was small. it felt old and outdated to me, the design was terrible. there was no air conditioning and it was uncomfortably warm, I feel i should have been warned about the room.
