The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools plus a gym and spa, so it's easy to relax. i found the staff helpful. They offered excellent service. my room included a balcony and a sumptuous bathroom. i liked that the outdoor pool area had comfortable sun loungers. breakfast featured a buffet with a varied selection.

The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. They provided assistance when needed. customer relations were really good, especially from ms tuğba. some russian-speaking staff guided guests effectively. They spoke multiple languages.
