decent stay overall
attentive staff wine selection our needs annex room separate hotel main hotel
i found the staff quite attentive to our needs. nothing was too much for them. the vast options in the wine selection seemed a nice touch.
I booked an annex room and it was misleading. i thought it would connect to the hotel. It did not. it was across the road, past another residence, and its quality did not meet the main hotel's standards. this was disappointing. It should be advertised as a separate hotel.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
comfy bed modern room friendly staff
I found the room spacious and modern. The super king bed was very comfy , and I appreciated the huge bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly during my wedding anniversary break.
The room was in the separate annex , which is a short walk from the main building.

I found the spa facilities lovely and relaxing. I liked that they were very clean. The hotel location is excellent. It allows easy walking distance to the beach and pier. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I am grateful it was served at the table. Dinner in the restaurant was equally as good. The menu was comprehensive. The breakfast table service was efficient.

really good restaurant extensive wine options caring staff
The restaurant provided really good meals. The bar had extensive wine options. Staff demonstrated great care (they remembered my name!). I enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinners .

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to both the beach and nearby shops. This made exploring the area simple. I especially enjoyed strolling along the seafront.

The Cafe Grand has a menu with modern takes on traditional dishes. The quality is very good. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

king bed large bathroom
My room was a superior king room. it was modern and large with a super king bed. The bathroom was also huge.
The air conditioning didn't work, so it got quite warm in the room. This was unfortunate.
