fantastic last-minute stay!
friendly managerhelpful staffdry pastry
i stayed in the double room. it was very cosy. the staff were helpful with a christmas dinner at the last minute! my god daughter was very impressed when she visited. the manager was friendly. all the staff. i have already recommended it.
the shower didn't work, and breakfast was poor. the pastries were dry, and there wasn't much choice. i also tried to contact the venue many times before my stay by email. i left a voicemail.

The evening meal was tasty and well cooked. The menu offered good choices.
The shower pressure was VERY low. I found that the staff did not answer the phone when I attempted to book a table, that was not acceptable. They told me I would have to sit outside, even though it was raining.

The staff provided helpful service and the accommodation was lovely.
I was not told a wedding party would take place . Loud music continued until 12.30 am. People talked loudly until after 2 am. I did not find my stay relaxing.
