spacious suite and handy location
spacious suite essential equipment rooftop pool convenient laundry
i was pleased with the spaciousness of the suite. the kitchen had essential equipment that allowed me to prepare simple meals. i found the rooftop pool and sundeck great spots for relaxation. the laundry room on each floor was convenient , especially during a longer stay.
i found that the tv was not placed in front of the bed , made watching it before sleeping less convenient.

the room included a small kitchen area and a very spacious shower , which was much appreciated. the studio suite i occupied had a large balcony , though the view faced the city's interior houses. the bed was very comfortable , helping me sleep soundly each night.

the hotel had a cafe in the reception area , offering indoor and outdoor seating options. the rooftop restaurant provided fresh and tasty food , with a lovely view. the breakfast included a good variety , including options for both vegetarians and halal diets.

the front desk staff was friendly and efficient upon my arrival. i was offered fresh towels every morning and found all the staff to be very helpful. the hotel also employed a robotic cleaner , hilda , that kept the corridors tidy.

I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a laundry room on each floor. I found this feature very practical. The rooftop pool and the surrounding area provided gorgeous views. I spent several afternoons there. The location was advantageous, being near the waterfront and public transport, allowing easy exploration.
The limited room cleaning was inconvenient. I would have appreciated more frequent service.

The rooftop restaurant offers a very nice view. I saw the harbor. A pizzeria operates in front of the hotel until 02:00, and a shop stays open 24 hours, very useful facilities. I appreciate the convenience.

The location allowed for easy access to local attractions. i found the spa facilities very relaxing. (the steam room was my personal favorite) our suite provided ample space, more than i anticipated, a lovely surprise. the staff were always on hand and eager to help. They enhanced the visit.
i noticed some minor wear in the hallway carpeting.

The hotel location was very convenient near bus stops, coffee shops, and shops. i also appreciated the lovely view from the rooftop. It was great. the room felt very comfy and tidy, i liked having a kitchen for preparing my own meals.
during my stay, i found the air conditioning settings to be problematic. the controls were locked to a minimum of 22 degrees celsius, made sleeping uncomfortable. this limitation was quite bothersome, especially given the hot weather.

Really good Amenities and Great Location
spaciousness room upgrade presidential suite air conditioning
My friends and I booked a Family Suite. We received an upgrade to the Presidential Suite upon arrival. I was impressed by the spaciousness and amenities within that room. The air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome feature during the summer.
I did notice there was some noise outside the room in the mornings. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon.
