loud ventilation terrible coffee
the ventilation was so loud, i could barely sleep. that was a major problem. plus, the coffee in the executive lounge was terrible, a real disappointment! i expect a better coffee experience, especially at this price point. these issues really detracted from what could have been a decent stay.

breakfast buffet excellent service misaligned tv floor stains
I stayed for four nights. the breakfast buffet had many choices available including made-to-order omelets. eliana helped us each morning in the restaurant. She provided excellent service.
i was assigned a club room. the tv was not aligned with the bed, so watching tv from the bed was difficult. there were stains on the floor, and i showed these to the manager.

Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Hotel
efficient staff lovely atmosphere
The staff was very efficient. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Bar staff at both pools were fantastic. Both pool areas were very well kept. There were many sunbeds available and call buttons for bar service.
I found the bathroom door handles were often in the way. I often knocked my arms on them. There was a lack of decaf tea in the room.

The hotel offers superb pools at rooftop and ground level, perfect for both relaxation and recreation. I noticed hi-tech lifts ensured quick and easy access to all floors. Attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident.

Our room featured beds ensuring restful sleep. I found the room very spacious and decorated in a stylish, contemporary manner. Cleaning staff kept our room sparkling clean throughout our entire stay.

The hotel's location offers easy access to several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Transportation in Malta is convenient. I appreciated the ease of exploring everything that is nearby.

Breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, including live cooking stations and freshly squeezed fruit juices. I particularly enjoyed the delicious 3-course meal every evening. The waiters were attentive.
