Excellent Hotel with Historical Charm
glass ceiling polite staff
The Tiffany glass ceiling in the lobby is lovely. I found Abraham and Jael courteous and professional (they really know their stuff!). The hotel arranged our transportation for a 7-day stay and connected us with Flavio. He drove us to different restaurants each night, waited, and brought us back.
there was a concert in the square lasting until 1 AM. It was impossible to rest due to the noise, and I was not informed about the event before arrival. The room faced the main street, compounding the issue.

Really good Stay in Historic Hotel
flawless service spacious room clean room amazing architecture
The staff provided flawless service, with special mention to Emmanuel. I appreciate the well air conditioned room and how spacious and clean it was. The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful. I found the architecture of this hotel amazing. It is a must see.
The room was a little dated, especially the bathrooms (i hope they refresh them soon).

helpful staff early arrival bathroom access
the hotel staff were very helpful, especially emmanuel and isaias. they treated me with respect. i liked that they accommodated me when i arrived early by storing my luggage after check out. they also gave me a key to the bathroom.
