totally amazing!
healthy breakfast friendly staff comfy beds
I loved the vast and healthy breakfast! the pool attendees were always attentive. The beds were comfy! i totally enjoyed the steak and japanese restaurants too.

limited selection slow service
the breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality wasn't what i expected for the price (i especially did not like the fruit). also, getting a drink by the pool proved difficult. The waiters seemed understaffed, and it often took a long time to place an order and for it to arrive.

friendly staff high quality
the hotel was of high quality throughout the room lounge and pool area staff were friendly and efficient i would definitely stay again breakfast was wonderful the pool attendants were amazing

smooth check-in mountain view mouldy berries average coffee
the check-in was smooth. my room had mountain views (i really enjoyed them!). the staff surprised my daughter with balloons and a lovely cake for her birthday. the basque restaurant, erre, served grilled meats and fish cooked on different woods.
the breakfast buffet at the red level lounge disappointed. i found mouldy berries with very limited choices. the coffee order took a long time, and when it came, it was average (i expected better).
