amazing central spot!
superb locationfriendly staffquick solution
the hotel's location is superb, it's really central. access to the balcon de europa is super quick. the staff are very friendly and helpful! i had a problem with the ac but it was solved super quickly.
It was temporarily out of service, but stairs weren't a big deal for me.

the hotel provides easy access to the city center with just a short walk needed to reach major attractions. nearby, there is a supermarket just one door down from the hotel, this is convenient for all essentials.

The rooftop pool area includes sun loungers and it features fantastic views. I loved the views! the hotel also offers breakfast at the cafe adjacent to the hotel where i could get coffee and toast.

the hotel has a fantastic location right on the plaza (very convenient). the rooftop pool area had plenty of sunbeds. i especially enjoyed that the rooms were very clean.
the hallways lacked sufficient lighting at night. hot water in my initial room was not working (a bit annoying). i had to use a different room to shower. there was no air conditioning.

my room was ready despite my early arrival I found the room to be very nice it had a comfortable bed and effective AC the rooftop pool area included a bar and sun loungers I also appreciated having breakfast with a discount at the adjacent cafe I enjoyed toast with toppings fresh orange juice and coffee for a low price a supermarket next to the hotel provided convenience
i experienced no lights in the hallways at night i needed to use my phone as a flashlight because it was dark at 5pm also the hot water in my room was not working
