Excellent stay!
big room fresh food lovely staff
Staff are lovely. Room is clean and big with toiletries. I like chocolates and turn down service. Food is fresh with a huge choice. I would return.
I booked a room with a view weeks before arrival but it was not available. We had to pay extra to change it.

Staff at the restaurant were very attentive. They are cute to guests. The reception staff assisted with a late arrival. They found a room in no time, I have to say. The staff always has a smile.

amazing service and spacious rooms
helpful staff gluten-free options large room
The staff assisted me with tracking my lost bag and also recommended places to visit. i booked a suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony and the room was huge and cleaned daily. i was able to get a gluten-free toasted sandwich and gf lager. The hotel accommodated me with gluten-free options such as bread cereal and muffins.
the plants around the hotel was uncared for and the ground around our sunloungers was dirty. i found two dead cockroaches lying next to us and the stone steps were littered with cigarette ends. waiting for coffee at breakfast took over 30 minutes on at least two mornings.

Really good Hotel Experience
spacious suite outdoor hydrotherapy pool quality bed attentive staff
My spacious suite included an outdoor hydrotherapy pool, which I used daily. The bed was quite comfortable and linens felt luxurious. The housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I found staff members very attentive, a quality which enhanced the hotel's atmosphere.
I noticed some minor wear on the furniture in the room, but this did not detract from my otherwise positive experience.
Rooms
9/10
My suite had a separate living area and a well-equipped bathroom with premium toiletries. The room featured a large balcony with ocean views, complete with comfortable seating. (I enjoyed spending evenings there.)
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers multiple pools, including an infinity pool with a sun terrace. The Vitanova Thalasso Spa provides a range of treatments, including massages and hydrotherapy. I appreciated the easy beach access and the variety of nearby shops.
