The range of food choices was Excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I slept GREAT. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

There were two nice-sized adult swimming pools and one small kids' pool. Raul did a SUPER job keeping everyone entertained by the pool and he made the activities really enjoyable. He really kept everyone involved.

The hotel had a beautiful seafront location, and there was no road between the hotel and the Martinez lakes. It was very easy to stroll to bars and shops. The Martinez Lakes are fine and easily accessible.

the location was perfect. the staff worked so hard to please everyone. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness maintained by our housekeeper, sandra. jose vicente, a lounge waiter, was always approachable and helpful, answering all my questions with patience.
the air conditioning seemed to have limited adjustability.

the food selection was excellent, offering great variety. the food quality was superb!!! lillian and fran in the restaurant showed genuine interest in guests and maintained a cheerful attitude. fresh omelets were a breakfast highlight.

the hotel is near shops and restaurants. the hotel's location is ideal, situated right by the beach and the ocean. the beach is protected by wave breakers, so it is almost always open for swimming.
