lovely viewsfriendly staff

the breakfast area offered lovely views from the covered terrace. i loved the selection and availability of oat milk. the staff members were friendly and professional, especially nikoletta at the lobby bar. i am grateful for her assistance

the outdoor pool was cold, making it difficult to stay in for an extended period.

i found a cockroach in my room i alerted the staff. they removed it but did not check for others nor offer a change of rooms or a discount of any kind.

unreliable wi-fidated decor

The wi-fi access was a major letdown (especially for a supposed 5-star resort). i could not connect reliably despite having the login details. also, the decor seemed quite dated. It gave the impression it had not been updated in decades.
