i really appreciated the beautiful corner suite overlooking the golf course. it was amazing. the central atrium was lovely. the grounds were also very nice.
our stay unfortunately did not meet the standards this hotel claims to uphold. the room was noisy. it was located directly next to the elevator, which significantly affected our ability to rest! room service was repeatedly poor. it was slow with inflexible order intake.

i found the breakfast buffet varied with a la carte options. the team hosting it started every day with a smile. i was also shaded and watered at the pool. diego and the pool attendants gave prompt and friendly service.
upon arrival i was told the room would not be ready until 4:30pm. this delayed my spa time and treatments i was going to get.

My beautiful double room was spacious and well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed. The hotel grounds include multiple pools with plenty of loungers. I really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the pastries!).
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours (around 10 am), so I recommend going earlier or later.
