adequate stay.
golf course central atrium beautiful grounds noisy room poor room service slow service
i really appreciated the beautiful corner suite overlooking the golf course. it was amazing. the central atrium was lovely. the grounds were also very nice.
our stay unfortunately did not meet the standards this hotel claims to uphold. the room was noisy. it was located directly next to the elevator, which significantly affected our ability to rest! room service was repeatedly poor. it was slow with inflexible order intake.

varied breakfast smile prompt service room delay limited spa
i found the breakfast buffet varied with a la carte options. the team hosting it started every day with a smile. i was also shaded and watered at the pool. diego and the pool attendants gave prompt and friendly service.
upon arrival i was told the room would not be ready until 4:30pm. this delayed my spa time and treatments i was going to get.

spacious room multiple pools delicious pastries
My beautiful double room was spacious and well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed. The hotel grounds include multiple pools with plenty of loungers. I really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the pastries!).
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours (around 10 am), so I recommend going earlier or later.

The staff was attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with requests and inquiries. They provided prompt service at the pool area. Turndown service was efficient.

fresh flowers amazing setting
The hotel decor included fresh flowers in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed that it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were very good.
