pretty design, underwhelming experience

pretty designlack of responselate check-in

the design of the hotel was indeed very pretty. the pool area was well-kept.

The service was not quite what i expected for this level of hotel. the check-in was also disappointing because i arrived at noon and was promised an earlier room than the 3:00 pm check-in time. It wasn't ready until 4:30 pm.

I faced some issues . The music by the pool was excessively loud. It was difficult to relax with constant DJ sets. The Italian restaurant was quite overpriced! Considering the location, I expected more authentic local cuisine.
