amazing hotel experience!!!

beautiful poolcomfy beds
the staff were cute. a welcome drink was a lovely touch. the pool area is beautiful with comfy beds for lounging. the gym and spa are also great, i found both very enjoyable.

the breakfast buffet had high-quality products, there were many fruits. they also had iberico hamon y iberico embutidas. ammos restaurant provided good food and great service when i had lunch there.

the hotel had bikes to rent, very convenient. it also had parking and valet parking available. the hotel allows easy access to the long promenade along the sea, this allows for very nice beach walks.

pretty design, underwhelming experience

pretty designlack of responselate check-in
the design of the hotel was indeed very pretty. the pool area was well kept.
The service was not quite what i expected for this level of hotel. the check-in was also disappointing because i arrived at noon and was promised an earlier room than the 3:00 pm check-in time. It wasn't ready until 4:30 pm.

I faced some issues . The music by the pool was excessively loud. It was difficult to relax with constant DJ sets. The Italian restaurant was quite overpriced! Considering the location, I expected more authentic local cuisine.

The pool area was a beautiful oasis. The staff kept it well-kept. I saw them cleaning thoroughly each night. The hotel had charming decor. The concierge service was also great. Elena assisted me and planned my stay perfectly.
