dated decor poor insulation
I was initially charmed by the hotel's historic building. however, the charm quickly faded. my "double room" was smaller than expected, and its decor seemed dated. the noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything from the hallway, distracting and detracted from any sense of peace.

small room strange noise
The room i got wasn't quite what i expected. it felt smaller than the pictures suggested. there was this weird, faint noise during the night. It sounded like someone was moving furniture around. it made it hard to sleep properly

the hotel's location was central everything i wanted to see was just a short walk away the staff were friendly i found them very helpful with directions the breakfast offered a good variety i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries each morning
our room seemed quite dark it could have benefited from brighter lighting i also noticed some dust in less accessible areas like under the bed the wifi signal was a bit weak in our room making it difficult to stream videos

the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. I appreciated the traditional Spanish character of the hotel.

Charming Stay in Historic Building
historic building excellent staff central location warm ambiance
I loved the warm and beautiful ambiance of this historic building. Its central location was a huge plus, I easily walked to destinations, restaurants, and shops. The service was very good, I found the staff to be excellent and attentive. I appreciated the well-kept condition of this architectural gem.
My room was smaller than expected based on the photos online, I thought it was less charming.

The breakfast nook was really cute, I found the breakfast selection plentiful. Eggs, bacon, ham, and sweets were available, alongside coffee and tea. The food was AMAZING!!!

My room included a free safe and a fridge. The comfy beds ensured a restful sleep, I had no issues with outside noise. Newspapers were provided daily, I thought that was a lovely touch.

The hotel featured a theater room, I thought that was unique. The interiors were cool and shaded, I found that very cute in the heat. Books were available to borrow, I thought that was a nice option.

the room was large with a good size bathroom. its location near the bridge was acceptable.
the room was not cleaned properly. there was dust around and under the bed. i expected a higher level of cleanliness.
