excellent lobbyfriendly welcomeexcellent comfort
the hotel lobby impressed me a lot when i arrived. the welcome was friendly and efficient. the room was lovely, cleanliness and comfort were excellent. the location is great, i could walk to the basilica. also, i found good restaurants nearby.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee service, and it is available 24/7 near the first floor. the hotel has luggage hold if guests have a later flight or train, and i used restrooms on the first floor, and i found it very convenient.
