incorrect roominsufficient staffing
I experienced some issues . the initial room assignment was incorrect, and i had to return to reception to get a different room. It was quite inconvenient. furthermore, the breakfast service was somewhat lacking. Certain food items were not replenished quickly enough, and staffing seemed insufficient to handle the busy period.

The beds were VERY comfy, I slept like a log! The pool was great. It was super clean and had plenty of space. I thought the food was AMAZING!!!
The TV was quite small. It felt a bit outdated for such a lovely place. I think a larger screen would make a big difference.

The family room was spacious with ample room for luggage. It included blackout curtains, which helped ensure a restful night. The beds featured plush pillows and crisp linens, ALL contributing to a very comfortable environment.

Breakfast service included a wide array of options, I noted fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot buffet. Dinner featured a diverse menu, I saw both local and international dishes. The restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful.

Really good Hotel Stay

I stayed for several nights and was impressed by the room's comfort. The spa and swimming pool were clean. I found the breakfast and dinner selections quite enjoyable, particularly the Guinness. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The TV had a limited selection of channels.
