i liked the pancake breakfast a lot. the hotel gave free water, both sparkling and still, from the bar anytime i wanted. the staff were very lovely, they were warm and friendly .
the room got really hot, and a dusty fan was the only thing the hotel provided. the furniture looked old, and it didn't match the standard of a four star hotel.

rooms felt spacious and were very clean. the hotel gave us a large tv plus tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower.

the breakfast and dinner tasted lovely. there was a christmas tree in reception, and i loved it. the hotel also features a large carpark, made parking very easy.

Staff were beyond friendly. I thought they did everything for the guests. portions at all meals were large, and the price seemed so reasonable to me. breakfast had amazing service and lots of variety.

the bridal suite was fine and thoughtfully prepared for our wedding anniversary everything was delicious from dinner to breakfast the staff showed really good care and attention to detail the hotel provided a congratulatory gift in our spacious room it made our anniversary nice and special. i highly recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone seeking a romantic getaway. i found the room clean and modern the staff displayed a very friendly attitude i also appreciated the ultra-clean environment of the room. the overall experience was lovely. during my stay storm eowen struck however the staff's performance was excellent they followed all safety procedures well the multiple coffees and breakfasts available were much appreciated by me. their dedication ensured our comfort and safety during a challenging time. i enjoyed the spacious room with both a bath and rainfall shower dinner offered great value and came with attentive service the breakfast was really good boasting excellent bacon and lovely free-range eggs the staff were helpful and accommodating too.

I enjoyed the good dinner at the restaurant, it was tasty. I also found nice staff at reception. My room had plugs close to the bed, very easy for me to charge my phone and devices.
I was disappointed to find the breakfast room felt very hot when I visited. It made me uncomfortable. I wish they can improve the temperature.
