the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had high ceilings, giving it a luxurious feel. there were nice little touches, like a record player in the "henrietta room".

The location was really convenient, placing me within a short walk to the center. i couldn't resist raiding the pantry a couple of times. The treats were too good to pass up! the bathroom was spacious and airy.
My wife's sofa bed wasn't super comfy. It could use an upgrade.

The spa offers rejuvenating treatments. My wife booked a second massage right after her first, she was so impressed! the hotel also has a pantry with complimentary snacks and drinks, a great bonus. parking is available, reservation is needed (it's worth it!).
