amazing family fun!
shallow pool reclining bed kids activities arts crafts
this place rocked! the kids pool was super shallow! my little ones splashed around for hours. the beach had tons of beds. i found lots of kids activities and my children loved the staff at the children's center! they played games and made art.
finding a sunbed was slightly difficult sometimes. it wasn't a big deal! but i noticed it.

the food had a great variety! i found something i liked. there was even a special eating area with mini food for babies! the toddler food section really helped us.

the family room was well maintained. the hotel kept it super clean. i had no issues and really enjoyed having enough space. the cleaning service was excellent, too!

the beach access was easy! the hotel is very close. this made trips back and forth with the kids effortless. i enjoyed how accessible everything was, too. everything felt very close.

awesome stay!
great landscape hygiene protocol delicious menu
the nature was beautiful! landscape planning looked great, and hygiene protocols were followed closely. the food tasted delicious! the menu had plenty of choices too, i stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and bathrooms which were both good.

underwhelming experience at resort
inadequate air conditioning coffee refills
I found the air conditioning inadequate. It seemed to only function when standing directly under the vent. this became quite bothersome. another issue was the lack of coffee refills in the room. Despite calling room service one evening and again the next morning, they never delivered the coffee sachets i requested. a diabetic person like me needs more "zero" drinks other than coke zero, like sprite or 7up
