awesome stay!
great landscapehygiene protocoldelicious menu
the nature was beautiful! landscape planning looked great, and hygiene protocols were followed closely. the food tasted delicious! the menu had plenty of choices too, i stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and bathrooms which were both good.

underwhelming experience at resort
inadequate air conditioningcoffee refills
I found the air conditioning inadequate. It seemed to only function when standing directly under the vent. this became quite bothersome. another issue was the lack of coffee refills in the room. Despite calling room service one evening and again the next morning, they never delivered the coffee sachets i requested. a diabetic person like me needs more "zero" drinks other than coke zero, like sprite or 7up
