the breakfast offered many choices, a rich selection. i noticed local products were used in the bathrooms, a nice touch. we could walk directly from the house. attention to detail was evident in the furnishings.
i had to remove my shoes in the hall due to the carpeting.

The host provided tips on places in scotland. It was helpful. the hostess showed us around and explained everything clearly. staff waited for us when we were late for check-in. They were very kind.

The sheets were nice. This added comfort to the room. there were treats on the table, a cute gesture. the bathroom was spacious and modern. i found the rooms clean.

I found a sitting room with lovely updates and a big dining space. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! french toast and coffee started my day perfectly. The menu had everything one could want. the location is close to castles and loch awe, which i visited. the grounds looked inviting. i especially liked how quiet it was.
i did have to remove my shoes upon entry. i would have liked to keep them on.

The breakfast was acceptable. It included french toast and coffee.
I was disappointed that i had to remove my shoes upon entering. I found this inconvenient. the lack of atmosphere was also notable. the hostess exhibited a lack of empathy, which detracted from the experience.

I adored the riverside location. It was so picturesque! our room featured immaculate decor and modern amenities. the warm beds made sleeping heavenly, and the breakfast was both delicious and generous. i especially loved the lorne sausage.
i found the communal shoe policy a bit unusual. i understand the desire to keep things clean, but it did take away slightly from the convenience.
