Acceptable Stay, BUT with reservations
overwhelmed breakfast space tour groups
The location proved excellent AS it allowed convenient walking access to destinations.
The breakfast setup presented a real CHALLENGE, as the space was overwhelmed by tour groups.

great location friendly employee clean room balcony view
I always appreciate the great location. It is close to everything. The staff is friendly, and i found the place very clean. i enjoyed the view from my balcony and observed a bear . i will definitely visit this location again
i noticed that the pool slide seemed smaller than it looked in photos. i also thought that the prices for bottled water were a little high

Breakfast offers a decent selection, setting you up for a busy day of exploring. i did notice it gets quite busy, so an early start can be advantageous. i could see that they can improve the choices.

The hotel provides convenient parking. The garage has doors based on your room. This setup prevents long walks with luggage. The ac and heat work really well.

The hotel's location allows for easy access to attractions, it is directly across from anakeesta and the aquarium. The trolley station is nearby, and i rarely needed my car. Plenty of food choices are also available nearby.

The front desk staff is very helpful. Check-in was quick, taking less than five minutes, which i really appreciate. The staff were always engaging and ready to assist with any questions.

decent location, disappointing room
small room dirty balcony
the location was indeed convenient for exploring the area.
The room was quite small, especially considering i booked a queen executive. a desk was absent. There was only one chair. accessing one side of the bed was difficult. also, the balcony needed cleaning. There was hair all over the bathroom upon arrival.

The location was great and parking had ample space between cars. our room was clean, and the housekeepers were wonderful. Everything felt cared for.
the breakfast was disappointing, there weren't many choices and the food quality was very basic.

awesome HOTEL experience!
prime location convenient breakfast easy parking
The location ROCKS, right in the heart of town. The aquarium is just across the street. Akeesta is super close too. I found it EASY to walk wherever I wanted. Breakfast tasted awesome. I had a very good parking spot. walking to attractions was so simple!

Parking is quite good and convenient, especially with the garages connected to the floors. The hotel offers close proximity to the main attractions. Access to nearby amenities like the aquarium is definitely a plus.

The breakfast had a nice selection of items, and it was very convenient to have it in the hotel. I found the choices satisfying and sufficient. Starting the day with a hot breakfast was helpful.

My room overlooked the river. It was such a relaxing thing to hear the water. CLEAN sheets and fresh towels were always available every day. The bed was really comfortable too.
