Decent Location, Disappointing Service.
unhelpful staffinfrequent cleaning
I found the staff quite unhelpful. I asked about a missing item, and they didn't seem concerned. They reviewed CCTV but offered no real resolution. The room cleaning schedule was also infrequent. Additional amenities cost extra. Even bottled water was chargeable.

The location was amazing. Namba station was super close. the lobby offered handy amenities such as toothbrushes and skincare items. i was happy to drop off my bags early, and my luggage shipped from tokyo was already in my room upon check-in.
the hotel did not clean the room daily. i had to pay extra if i wanted it cleaned, which i found inconvenient. the room carpet was dusty and had hair, and i had to clean it myself.

I really appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring the area super easy. the laundry facilities were a total lifesaver, especially after all my travels. i also loved that the staff helped me with luggage shipping forms. That was so helpful. the availability of amenities like toothbrushes and skincare items in the lobby was also a plus!
The room cleaning schedule was a bit infrequent. They only cleaned the room once every three days.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Major attractions are easily accessible. namba station is right around the corner. Dotonbori is just a short walk away. the proximity to shops and restaurants is also a great benefit.

The twin rooms were big and clean. Everything was new and well-kept. the excellent sound damping in the rooms kept things quiet. the western-style bed was high. The pillows were much softer than japanese-style hotels.

I was not happy with the housekeeping policy. The staff gave me a plastic bag with clean towels and told me I needed to take our old towels to the lobby myself. This policy felt more like a budget hotel experience than a 4-star one. I expected more from a hotel like this.
