The hotel has a convenient location right in the middle of a shopping district. This made it easy to find places to eat and buy souvenirs. The hotel provided free laundry facilities, laundry packing items, and access to a lounge until 10 pm.
The outside of the lobby seemed outdated. I imagine it was nicer about 30 years ago. The room's carpet and decor showed signs of aging. The room was generally quite dirty. I was disappointed when I checked in because the photos presented it as cleaner than it was.

The location is excellent, providing convenient access to nearby attractions. There is a complimentary lounge with a variety of drinks and snacks . I found the self-service laundry very useful. There are multiple machines available and free to use.
The room looked outdated. The carpets looked worn, and the general decor showed clear signs of aging. I also found that staff was not always fluent in English. This sometimes made communication difficult.

the location was excellent , right in the heart of everything.
my sons both developed skin allergies, though they have no prior history of such issues , i suspected the bedsheet was not properly cleaned. also, there was no phone in the room, requiring me to visit the lobby multiple times to report a faulty toilet and heater. i found it quite inconvenient.
