the service in the lounge disappointed me. the food arrived at different times and a part of our order never came. staff didn't seem to care when i told them about it, i expected SOME apology. i felt ignored for the rest of my stay, this was a bad experience.

The hotel features an excellent collection of Architecture and Art books available in the lobby. Complimentary coffee and tea are available. I found the rooftop bar lovely, serving expertly crafted cocktails. The gym includes coin laundry, a definite plus.

The hotel location is slightly distant from primary attractions, requiring a bit more travel time.

the staff were very friendly. they assisted me with shipping my bags to the next location. the room had many amenities such as two water bottles daily. i was able to adjust the air-con temperature. the wifi was excellent.

the hotel lacked SOME amenities compared to other hotels. there was no pool. the gym seemed basic, not really usable. for that reason, i don't feel this hotel offers great value.

the hotel staff were very helpful and polite . they ensured all my needs were met promptly. the reception was efficient, and the concierge service was readily available to assist with any inquiries.

the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the main street. i found it was very convenient to access public transportation from there. being close to the station made traveling around very easy.
