the free shuttle to the station proved very useful. i found the location to be peaceful. the public bath was a great addition to my stay.
my room had a musty smell upon arrival. dust was visible in certain areas of the room. the kettle had some dirt inside and i had to ask for it to be cleaned.

i loved the helpful staff at the front desk. miss kinoshita was very excellent, her english was amazing and she helped us with locations. other staff weighed our luggage for us, sent luggage and hailed a taxi in the rain. our room had a fantastic night view over the river and i enjoy the bath.
The breakfast wasn't really continental. It was more japanese.

the hotel is attached to a nice restaurant, though many evenings, business dinners block booked it. i found local restaurants at the bottom of high rise businesses. they were also mostly block booked.

the front desk staff was helpful in getting a taxi. they also helped find an english-speaking medical facility. i thought the staff was very kind, well trained and gave super service.

the room was decently sized with a nice view onto the river. the room was quiet and generally clean. i also noted a good selection of toiletries in the room which was very good.

the location is good because its a quiet area. public transport is a few minutes walk away, but this did not really bother me. i could easily walk to the station and shops. there are convenience stores nearby.

The room had a spacious layout offering a view of the river. I found the location convenient (it's in a quiet area). Public transport was just a short walk away. I particularly appreciated the hotel's public bath after exploring. The hotel has cleaning options to collect trash and provide fresh towels if you want to be more eco-friendly.
The check-in line was a bit long when i arrived.

Staff assisted with transferring suitcases to my next destination (very helpful). The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to the station every fifteen minutes. It is a really convenient service.
