charming stay with a view
friendly staff local events convenient breakfast
i found the staff very friendly and helpful . they recommended several local events of interest. the early breakfast was particularly convenient for my travel plans. the hotel's location provides a fine view of the valley.
the wifi was unreliable throughout my stay i did not have consistent access.

convenient location helpful staff clean room
I found the location very convenient for exploring local sites. it gave a nice view. The staff was helpful assisting with directions. A awesome breakfast was included and i loved it all.
the street where hotel is located is residential street, so restaurants and shops are not found nearby, but the main street is reached on foot after short walk.

i found the breakfast rich with fresh fruit and yogurt. eggs and bread. Portions were generously served. The breakfast had good OPTIONS.

The staff helped a lot with parking the car when i arrived, WHICH i appreciated. The reception was available 24 HOURS. This made check-in easy.

charming stay with fine views
warm welcome clean room amazing view delicious breakfast
The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was huge and spotlessly clean! i had an amazing view. It was special. breakfast featured homemade items. It was both plentiful and delicious. the restaurant provided very nice dishes and the best table service.
The shower was right next to the toilet seat. it was not separated. There was nothing between them, just the wall. the bathroom felt very small. I couldn't even shut the door fully because of the rug.

The hotel offers parking in an attached garage. air conditioning is available. It works well even in hot weather. the building is very well maintained! the traditional bulgarian style added charm.

the location is on a picturesque and quiet street! it overlooks the river and historical hills. the main street with shops and restaurants is also close. i found it very walkable.

Wonderful Stay, minor hiccup
fresh fruit valley view front door convenient parking
The breakfast included eggs, meats, cheese, and fresh fruit. The hotel faced the valley. It was perfect for watching the celebrations. I parked right outside the front door. IT was very convenient.
The wifi never worked . I would have liked a more reliable connection. This was a slight inconvenience for planning my day.

The room included a comfortable double bed and ample space for luggage. The view from the window overlooked the river and monument, offering an amazing scene throughout the day and especially in the evening.

Breakfast featured a selection of Bulgarian yogurt and pastries. The dining area had ample seating, and I found the staff to be very attentive during the breakfast service with each guest served portionally with a smile.

broken rail hot water
The breakfast was excellent. It was hand served.
The shower sprayed all over the floor. The rail was almost broken. the hot water was also very hot. It was so hot i had to be careful not to burn myself
