i stayed two nights prior to a cruise and one night after the staff were friendly and helpful the room was nice and neat breakfast offered a great choice of food i also found the location very convenient to the train station
sadly, my room was very small it only had one bedside table i asked about getting another one but nothing happened i had to use my suitcase as a bedside table this was inconvenient

the location was very convenient it was near sants train station the room was clean the staff were very polite. the reception and outside terrace area looked lovely the service was good i was offered a welcome drink upon my arrival.
the soundproofing between rooms could be better i could hear noises from other rooms the room temperature was difficult to control it was too hot. the tv volume was too loud a security agent was rude after a noise complaint

the staff at reception were helpful enough.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was practically nonexistent. after complaining, i got a portable unit, but it was REALLY loud. the minibar also failed to cool anything inside. the room felt old and in need of a serious update.

The tv volume was apparently too loud at volume 4, according to a rude security guard. He gave me dirty looks after that. the soundproofing must be pretty bad! all i wanted was a bit of sky news.
