The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel offered a complimentary glass of wine. It was a nice touch. the location is GREAT (i walked everywhere!).
The room wasn't clean. Specifically, the bathroom had issues. i spoke to reception, and i received an apology, but no offer to remedy the situation. i could hear other guests through the walls talking.

the rooms was well design. it was also very comfortable. the staff at reception was helpful and very pleasant. they gave me a welcome drink of wine. it was a really nice touch.
the cleanliness of the room wasn't good. i found a cockroach just next to my luggage. a cleaning lady had to help me. she used raid to kill it.

the location was great. a bus station was right in front. i also found plenty of natural lighting in room 205. the king bed was a plus.
the cleanliness of the room was poor. i found a cockroach next to my luggage one morning. a cleaning lady helped me kill it with raid.

The location was very central. I found a supermarket and several convenience stores nearby. Restaurants were easy to reach. I also appreciated that the bus stop was just in front of the hotel.
