The airstream caravan was a highlight, a perfect size, and beautifully decorated. breakfast was great. I liked the options available. it was also convenient to use the habitas pool and amenities nearby. having dinner under the stars by the food trucks created an lovely atmosphere.

during my stay, i noticed that the air conditioning unit kept displaying an error. this required assistance from staff to reset it. it caused a small disruption.

the staff was very cute and helpful, always ensuring every need was met quickly, greatly appreciated. staff members were great too provide excellent assistance . it was a great service.

The hilltop pool offered amazing views. I spent a lot of time there. i found the e-bikes useful for exploring the area. They were always available when needed. the absence of televisions in the accommodations added to the tranquil setting.

Decent Stay with Noticeable Issues

I encountered a few problems . The air conditioning malfunctioned repeatedly, requiring staff intervention to reset it, VERY inconvenient. I found the breakfast selection limited and somewhat uninspired. The toilet was small. These issues detracted from an otherwise adequate experience.

The breakfast had a good selection and they made modifications if needed. That's acceptable i suppose.

I had booked a specific service, or so i thought. At the reception, they confirmed it existed and provided a schedule, but when i showed up, it didn't exist, surprise. There was no prior notice, and the staff seemed clueless. Plus, the common areas felt more like photoshoot sets than places , i actually got asked to move so influencers could take photos. What a joke.
