The staff were lovely and the food was excellent , especially the generous smoked salmon and poached egg breakfast option. the french toast with bacon and maple syrup was also quite delicious. i found the prices to be very reasonable. i appreciated the beautiful sofas and armchairs in the lobby and hallways. The grand piano enhanced the atmosphere.
i did have to request water for the room , which should ideally be standard.

missing fridgeexcessive noise
i was frustrated the room lacked a mini fridge. i had confirmed one was available prior to my arrival! it never came despite me calling three times. i ended up having to store breastmilk in their function room fridge, inconvenient. the noise levels from nearby guests were excessive too

I had to request water for the room. The only window I could open was large and next to a walkway. I did not feel safe.
