the staff were helpful. my room had a lovely canal view. it provided a great setting for my stay. The location near the metro made getting around very easy. it was about 5 minutes away.
the room got warm. i found only one fan. it barely functioned at ALL.

the breakfast offered freshly cut bread and a selection of pastries. i also saw a variety of fruits. yogurts were available with seeds and honey as well. it was all very fresh.

the staff showed very nice helpfulness. they quickly connected me with a doctor when i needed one, very professional. the hearty breakfast offered a tasty and satisfying start to each day, and i found the pillows provided to be great.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i noticed some sounds.

the staff were pleasant and helpful .
I booked a room advertised with a canal view, but scaffolding completely obstructed the view. The room felt quite dark because of this. furthermore, the outdated powerpoint in the room emitted a flashing light whenever i tried to charge my devices. It looked potentially dangerous. it definitely needs updating.

The location was excellent. It was not too near the crazy busy centre, yet near enough to get in and out quickly. I found lots of nice bars, canals, and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous.
My room safe was broken, and it would not lock. It was also detached from the wall. I complained, but I was not offered a different room, only a glass of beer. This gave me great inconvenience.

the breakfast included many fresh choices. i tried fruit and yogurt and seeds. it had freshly cut breads. the room included fans. they came in very handy.
the shelf over the wash basin made it difficult to wash my face,.
