cozy stay near grand place
convenient location fifth floor safe area
the location is very convenient. it's close to saint catherine station and grand place, a short stroll away. a nice lady at reception gave me a great room on the fifth floor with views of the skyline and st catherine church. i liked that the area safety was good.
The room felt a bit cramped. The bathroom was also quite tiny.

Staff were helpful and professional. Their assistance was much appreciated. the receptionist allowed an early check-in, very convenient after a long journey. i found their readiness to assist very pleasant.

missing refrigerator inefficient air conditioning
the location proved acceptable as i could easily access nearby establishments.
The room lacked essential amenities. specifically, there was no refrigerator available. furthermore, the air conditioning unit operated inefficiently. It only provided partial functionality.

great location, solid experience
clean room comfortable bed convenient location
the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and were clean. the beds and pillows were comfortable. i especially liked the convenient location close to everything (perfect for exploring!). the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i wished the room included a mini fridge. it would be useful for storing water or small items. i missed that convenience .

the metro and bus stations are only a short walk away. i noticed many dining options in the surrounding area. housekeeping was consistent, and the front desk staff was always available.

the standard double room had all basic necessities. it included a tv with various channels. the bathroom had a functional shower and provided necessary toiletries (shampoo and soap).

the hotel's location provides easy access to the city center. saint catherine station and grand place are a few minutes away. there are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

thin walls sparse information
The location was near the church. Options for transport were also close, so that was acceptable.
The staff showed a lack of welcome upon arrival. I received only key cards and sparse information. the walls proved thin. Every noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms penetrated the room. This.
