Excellent Riverfront Stay

Check-in was quick , and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed the large , comfortable bed in my room. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many attractions.
The shower in my room had low water pressure , , made showering less pleasant. I prefer a stronger water flow. Hopefully , this can be addressed .

Excellent Stay by the Canal

The location is superb, directly on the canal and close to the main attractions. The staff were helpful with directions (they even helped me find a great local restaurant). I also appreciated the provided airport transfer. It made arrival and departure stress-free. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including hot and cold options.
The room felt warmer than I expected. I had to keep the window open, which let in some street noise.

the receptionist was very friendly at check-in. our double or twin room was spacious. it also had a great view. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.

i was frustrated by a few things in my room. the lack of a shower enclosure meant water splashed everywhere when i took a shower the amount of electrical outlets was also insufficient i had several devices to charge and struggled to find enough places to plug them in the absence of a proper shower was irritating and the limited outlets were a significant inconvenience.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly . the location overlooking the river was excellent. it was great to find how clean and spacious my room was. the breakfast was also good with plenty of choices.
the room was too warm and i had to keep the window open. this resulted in noise from people outside at night. the shower was basic and lacked pressure. i preferred taking baths instead.
