helpful staff many options
the location is perfect! i dropped my bags early before exploring and the staff were very helpful. the breakfast had many options and plenty of everything for everyone!

The room was functional, though slightly tired. It faced the courtyard. Thus, it was very quiet. I would stay again for the price.

the location allowed easy access to key attractions and the christmas market was steps away i found complimentary water bottles provided daily a thoughtful touch the hotel staff assisted with arranging transport to the airport simplifying my departure.
I noticed some outdated elements in the decor. The wallpaper showed some wear and tear.

great location wide variety delicious option backyard noise poor soundproofing shaking walls
The location is AMAZING I could walk to the city center. Shops and restaurants are also close. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit EVERY taste.
My room overlooked the backyard it was VERY noisy every morning. Soundproofing is quite poor I could hear doors SLAMMING. The walls in the room were shaking from the sound of locking doors.

helpful staff renovated bathroom convenient location
the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. my room had a recently renovated, big bathroom. it was walking distance to many sights and restaurants.
I found that the soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear doors closing on other floors.

cleanliness breakfast variety walking distance
i stayed in a classic double or twin room and appreciated its cleanliness , also , the breakfast included a huge variety of food , such as scrambled eggs and salmon rolls. the location proved excellent , as all attractions were within a short walking distance of about 15-20 minutes.
the soundproofing was not great , so i could hear noise from the street.
