The staff was friendly. They offered free coffee and water.
The room lacked proper cleaning. It wasn't terribly well cleaned when we arrived. banging doors made a lot of noise and disturbed us. the walls seemed thin and we could hear other guests.

the room was clean and beautiful. the staff was polite and friendly. i found the location convenient for shopping and sightseeing. there was also good transportation access to nearby cities.
i noticed the pillows were too soft. i could hear noise from other rooms at night. it sounded like people were walking around, talking, and laughing. the hotel did not seem sound proof.

The location was definitely a highlight. I found the proximity to the train station very convenient. The staff provided helpful directions. The complimentary coffee and water station was a great addition to the amenities. I enjoyed a room upgrade too.
