The suite included a washer and dryer. This was very useful. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The public area lights operated with sensors, and they were slow to activate. Walking in the dark hallways was a safety concern.

the location was acceptable, close to the tram that goes directly to the airport.
The room showed wear and tear. I noticed stains on the carpets and around the shower from water leaking (honestly, who designed this?). also, the covers on the bed looked rather dirty.

The lights in the hallways operated on sensors. THEY often didn't activate quickly enough. I had to walk in the dark sometimes. The reception area felt rather small.
