The staff was very friendly! The lobby bar and rooftop bar are beautiful. I loved that the hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building. Our spacious room and decor were wonderful.
The room was fairly clean but I found mold inside the steamer. The TV remote didn't work and it took several hours to receive another one. That one also did not work. There is a lot of noise outside, late into the early morning. It is hard to get a good night's sleep.

excellent locationawkward wardrobe
the location was excellent, convenient for reaching most attractions.
The room felt somewhat piecemeal. One wardrobe was oddly situated. opening it fully was difficult due to bed placement! This made hanging items challenging.
