friendly staff perfect location comfortable stay
i had been planning a trip. the staff was friendly. the location is perfect (it's near a prada store). i will stay at the hotel again.
i found the lighting in the room slightly too bright in the morning, even with the curtains closed.

Really good stay, minor setback
convenient location modern design spacious room wonderful view
The location is fantastic. I could easily walk to various shops. I appreciated the modern design throughout the hotel. My room was beautiful and quite spacious (a grand king room!). The view was wonderful.
The valet parking, while convenient, felt a little pricey.

The team at the front desk was very attentive. They responded quickly to our requests and were helpful with directions, showing genuine care for making our stay relaxing. The rooftop bar's staff was efficient and friendly.

The art deco design really captured my heart. i found the staff cheerful and kind, a quality . the little touches, like the candy in the lobby, added a sweet, cute note to the overall experience. i also liked the environmentally friendly options available.
During my time, the rooftop pool hours seemed a bit short. It closed rather early at 5pm. this limited the time i could relax by the pool after a day of exploration.

The location provided access to the gold coast. It is quite beautiful. i found the neighborhood lively, safe, and easily walkable, perfect for explorations. proximity to a parking lot on cedar was useful. It simplified transport. the hotel provides central access with links to public transit.

the lobby had a pleasant scent. my room featured gold decor and an elegant design. i especially liked the shower, it was wonderful.
i noticed some street noise from my room.

the hotel is near hermes, prada, and marc jacobs stores (i visited them all). maple and ash restaurant is nearby, as is velvet taco with its delicious red velvet cake.
