The room included useful amenities like a kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge.
The noise was disruptive. I could hear customers shouting outside. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and no staff were present (I didn't see any signs indicating where to go). The sealant around the shower was mouldy.

I found a clean, comfortable room at a great price. The room was a good size, it had comfy beds. I found the bus stop conveniently located just outside.
I did notice slight wear on the carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms.

The room was clean and well equipped at a very reasonable price. Polite staff provided milk, butter and water in the fridge.
There was no running hot water from the bathroom tap. This made showering difficult, and washing my hands was unpleasant.
