a SOLID stay
really good cleanliness plentiful selection onsite parking
I appreciated the cleanliness. Every area SHONE. the breakfast selection provided many choices. the onsite parking for £6 daily offered good value.

mixed bag experience
cold room cleanliness issues
the staff provided good service at least they seemed to try.
i was allocated a double room it looked nothing like the photos online it was also pretty cold even with the heating on plus the cleanliness left much to be desired i spotted issues in the bathroom and elsewhere.

the hotel has a central location. parking was available for my car. the hotel also provided some entertainment.
the standard double room on the third floor was small. it definitely showed its age. the shower only dripped, not sprayed, because of high demand for hot water.

gluten free options helpful staff buffet style breakfast dirty bath hard bed bathroom mold
the breakfast was buffet style. it had great choice and was well organized. staff were really helpful and on hand. i needed gluten free options and was offered cornflakes and toast. the chef fried eggs for me and i also could have sausage.
the room was not cleaned good. there were hairs in the bath. there was mold in the bathroom too. the bed was hard for me.

really solid stay!
clean room modern room
the room was clean and the staff acted friendly. the breakfast buffet had a good choice. the hotel location is convenient. i could take my dog, what i did apreciate a lot. the room was modern and had everything i needed.
i did find the walls a bit scuffed with greasy marks. tea stains were also there, the room was OK still.

the staff was really helpful. the lady at reception was super kind. i observed that staff members are trained to provide maximum service to guests. their politeness added positively to my experience.

the hotel provides bingo and a singer for evening entertainment. my room included a walk-in shower, very nice. the hotel allowed dogs, and that was very convenient and appreciated.

the staff were helpful. they assisted with storing our bikes in a secure area. the breakfast was good. it offered plenty of options and I appreciated the value for money.
it was a real SHAME. there was no bath , just a small shower.

solid stay close to the sea
wide variety easy walk quick check-in
The staff welcomed me warmly, and check-in was quick. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, it included both hot and cold choices. i found the location quite convenient. It was an easy walk to the seafront.
the room window had a very slight draft, but the radiator kept the space comfortably warm.
