the spacious room included self catering facilities. the bed was huge and comfy. the breakfast surpassed my expectations and was first class. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
i noticed a dusty bedside lamp and the clock. the tables also had dust on them. i had to clean a little before i got settled. it affected my comfort since i am allergic to dust mites.

the hotel offers a good view of the nearby university building. it is near public transportation, i think buses arrive every five minutes to take you to the city center. the area felt quiet and peaceful.

the staff were quick in checking me in, which i appreciated after a long journey.
the plumbing made some disturbing noises all night, sounds of running water kept me awake (i almost thought i was camping!). the shower drain was also blocked, which wasn't ideal.

I was upgraded to a One-Bedroom King Suite Sofa Bed at check-in, a very welcome surprise. Breakfast included an omelette chef. This was great as I am gluten-free. The staff cares about the comfort of the guests. I appreciated this kind attention a lot.
The pillows were quite hard, and I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping position. It was a very minor issue. I slept well otherwise.

The suite was spacious. It included a sofa bed and a king-size bed. A kitchenette provided convenience for preparing small meals. It had all necessary appliances. The room was well kept and clean.
