Decent stay with some minor issues

gorgeous gardenideal locationbig tvcold roomlittle heatdecoration refresh
The hotel includes gorgeous gardens. The location proves ideal. It is close to Michaelangelo's restaurant. The room includes a nice big TV.
I found the room cold. There was very little heat coming from the radiator. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room also needed a refresh in terms of decoration.

THE room was lovely, it seemed like a real treat. I found bottled water in my room. The contact from the host felt immediate and very pleasant. A little dressing room was a very sweet addition.
I found it disappointing THAT the room didn't have its own ensuite bathroom , i had to walk down the hall.

mixed experience

thin wallsintermittent wifi
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. the tv noise was also distracting at night. also, the wifi signal was intermittent at best. it was difficult to get any work done. the shower was small though the water was hot.

Adequate stay overall

great air flowreliable wifiwell lit car parkunadjustable heatinglittle heatcold room
The room had a great air flow. I could leave the window open without issues. The WiFi connection worked reliably, important for my work (I needed to send some emails). I also found the car park well lit, a great feature for peace of mind.
The heating was not adjustable in my room. This made it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The radiator gave off very little heat. As a result, the room felt quite cold and impacted my sleep.
